Beyond the Toast is a hosted guest interview experience for weddings, private celebrations, and events. A skilled host draws out stories, memories, advice, and the moments people rarely fit into a toast. A dedicated videographer records the conversations, then we shape them into films.

Team
One host and one dedicated interview videographer for the standard wedding experience.
Setup
Plan around approximately 30 minutes. A more involved lighting setup may need up to 60. We confirm the final arrival window in advance, and setup is not deducted from interview coverage.
Placement
We can roam, create a seated or lounge setting, or combine both. Sound, light, guest flow, and the venue determine the best placement.
Travel
Wedding coverage includes travel within 50 miles of Philadelphia. Beyond that, travel fees and any accommodation needs are confirmed in the quote. Company and organization travel is scoped in the proposal.
Two ways back to the room.
Current wedding delivery targets are 4 to 8 days for the Social Film and about two weeks for the Full Interview Film. Company and organization deliverables are scoped separately.
