The people at your event have something to say.

We prepare around your event goals, audience, key people, and the context or topics that deserve care. Then a skilled host draws people into genuine conversations while a dedicated videographer records the interviews.

Picture it at your gathering

Different occasions.
Conversations with a purpose.

Make room for the people behind the activity.

A host speaks with willing visitors, exhibitors, and selected representatives around topics that fit the brand and the occasion.

A conversation might start with

“What brought you here, and what caught your attention?”

What you could share afterward

Selected social clips, event highlights, or interview films around an agreed topic and audience.

The host arrives with a purpose, not a script.

The most natural conversation is supported by good preparation. We learn what this gathering is for and what perspectives matter, then let the host respond to the people in front of them.

The timing and flow of the event

Those details are a brief for the host, not lines for guests to deliver. Recording supports the conversation without turning it into a camera assignment.

It matters in the room. And beyond it.

At the event

People become part of the occasion.

A host brings energy and an audience-aware tone to each invitation. Guests can share a memory, a perspective, or a reaction to the moment, and enjoy taking part without being put on the spot. Participation is always optional.

After the event

Their voices can have a second life.

Interview recordings may become social cuts, interview films, or custom films for a particular use. We define the right outputs, duration, and scope in a proposal, rather than assuming a standard bundle.

A format that fits the gathering.

Roaming

The host moves with the energy of the event and meets people where they are.

Seated or lounge

A dedicated place gives guests space to settle into a longer conversation.

Hybrid

A home base plus roaming interviews, when the schedule, sound, and space support both.

A red-carpet arrival, step-and-repeat, photographer, or another setup may be useful for a particular event. These are custom additions to discuss and scope, not standard inclusions.

A clear proposal for your event.

Interview days and hours, format and setup, staffing, film deliverables, travel, and any custom additions shape the quote. From a single gathering to a multi-day event, we plan the interview coverage around your schedule.

Questions before you send a brief?

Every gathering has its own purpose, pace, and practical needs.

Is there a standard company package or rate?

No. We scope interview time, setup, staffing, and deliverables around the event and the uses you have in mind. Send the basics and we can propose an approach.

Can we combine a lounge with roaming interviews?

Yes, when the venue, sound, schedule, and guest flow support a home base and roaming. We’ll plan the format together.

What happens to the recorded interviews?

The recordings can support social cuts, interview films, or custom films for specific audiences and uses. Your proposal defines what will be produced; nothing is assumed to follow a wedding bundle.

Can you travel or cover a multi-day event?

Yes to both. Share the dates, location, and agenda so we can plan interview windows, staffing, travel, and deliverables together. Multi-day coverage is scoped to the schedule, not assumed to be continuous.

Give us the outline. We’ll shape a proposal.

An RFP is welcome, but not required. Tell us what the event needs to do and what you know so far.
